1.		Applicant must demonstrate verifiable monthly income and pass the Applicant Income Test. APPLICANT INCOME TEST Your verifiable monthly income must be roughly at least three (3) times greater than your rent at Aberdeen. Example. Your monthly rent for your new home at Aberdeen Commons is $600.00. Your gross monthly income (before taxes) must be $1,800.00 or more.
2.		Applicant must not have been evicted or received an unfavorable report from a previous landlord during the past seven (7) years.
3.		Applicant must be 21 or older.
4.		Applicant must not be convicted of any felony which is a crime of violence or any crime pertaining to drugs, theft or sex.
5.		Applicant must have an acceptable credit report.
6.		Applicant must not have a pet that is prohibited under our lease and renter’s insurance for any waterbed. Small birds and fish are acceptable pets at Aberdeen Commons.
